Returns &Refunds Policy
Should you wish to return an item in an unused/unworn and sealed condition, we will be happy to refund it within 28 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are opened, returned in a non-saleable conditions or are damaged. If no valid reason is found to refund the goods Magic Cleavage © will return them to the purchaser. If an item is faulty please contact us at info@magiccleavage.com and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. This facility is open during normal office hours Monday to Friday only. Please note: we will only cover the postage cost of faulty or damaged-on-receipt returned goods. Refunds will be processed back to the card or Paypal account which initiated the purchase. Please note that refunds will not be issued until goods have been received back into our possession. We strongly suggest using a postal service with a signature option for proof of delivery as we cannot take responsibility for the postal service losing parcels.
Delivery Information
Your first online order must go to the address of the registered card holder. For any subsequent orders, you are permitted to use an alternative delivery address. Please note: all goods will require a signature upon collection. If you are unable to collect/sign for your goods, please send the order to a different address. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been despatched.
